Since the company’s founding in 2001 it has lived up to the phrase The Hole Solution by supplying our clients with excellent service and quality workmanship. This ensures that our client’s production can be as efficient and as cost effective as possible.
Boretech offers a country wide Line Boring service that repairs worn or over size bores and damaged thrust surfaces on all types of equipment.
We have the capability to repair these worn and damaged bores to OEM specifications, this work is carried out on-site at a fraction of the cost of a new frame or housing. This service provides an on-site repair without the time and cost of having to strip down, transport or remove the equipment from the job site. This also eliminates the cost of replacing major structural components but with the same new result.
We use only the best available equipment to ensure the best possible result. Boretech currently operates two CLIMAX BB1149 hydraulic powered line-boring machines with the capability to bore and face inside diameters from 32mm up to 500mm with a span of 3.8m apart.
Our repair facility is supported by a CNC equipped machine shop where machining, manufacturing and fabrication takes place. The workshop and work is fully certified by the standards set by the ISO9001 certification proses. Boretech also do conventional machining.
Boretech also manufactures Hardened Pins and bushings, Front heads, Rubber buffers, Resin nozzles, Drillsteel centralizing bushings and composite materials bushings.
OUR SERVICES
All work carried out by Boretech is to original equipment manufacturers specification. We are a ISO 9001 certified company and all work is conducted to these standards . Bores are re-welded with a robotic or CO² welding machine and are then re-bored to accept standard OEM bushings.
